HOP INTO SPRING
Coordinating Confetti Cuts die set
I stamped all my images in a black hybrid ink and colored them up with copic markers. And then I cut the images out using Coordinating Confetti Cuts die set.
I don’t always have an exact layout planned until after I color the images, and as I was trying out different arrangements, it just felt right to make this scene a tall slimline. I used Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide Inks for the skies and Parakeet with Lime Green Dye Inks for the grass. I then used a Stitched Scallops Cover Panel to add the texture for the grass.
I wanted to also added some clouds to the sky by blending white pigment ink over a homemade cloud stencil.
Hope you enjoyed today’s project!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
