REVERSE CONFETTI JULY RELEASE WEEK DAY 3

Welcome back to Day 3 of the Reverse Confetti July Release Week

Today we have 2 final stamp set reveals. Each of these sets is great on it's own, but when you put them together some real (paper) magic happens!

So today we're featuring the new Sentimental Sayings stamp set, Bold Blooms stamp set
with Coordinating Confetti Cuts die set.

For my card I used only Coordinating Confetti Cuts die set.  This is an experimental card, made exclusively from coordinating dies. I'll get my stamp set a little later, so I decided to try using only dies in the card.
The result I was satisfied, flowers perfectly formed into layers and get a gorgeous bouquet in a vase. For the vase I used coordinating die from the Cotton & Thistles Confetti Cuts.

I started with coloring the vase using ZiG markers and pencils and splattered it with white paint. Next I blended Baby Blue, Mist, Island Blue and Sand Dye Inks on my background and then splattered it with watercolor and white paint.

Next I started preparing the flowers. First, I toned a lot of pieces of paper in the desired shades, sprinkled all the water, watercolor and white paint. Once it was dry, I die cut the flowers and glued them together using liquid glue. I repeated the process for the leaves.

For more realism of my composition, I added two strips of paper from the Fun Times 6x6 Pad to make it look like a vase standing on the table.

Then, I adhered the flowers and the leaves on the panel. And to finished my card I heat embossed sentiment from the new Sentimental Sayings stamp set and added it on my card.

Don’t forget to leave a comment here and on each sneak peek post this week for a chance to win!
