BE MINE CARD FOR THE SCRAPPY TAILS

Hello friends! This is my first card for the Scrappy Tails Blog as a designer. And I want to say that I am so happy and I hope we'll have fun together! Today I 'm sharing a super sweet and romantic slimline card featuring awesome products from new release.

For this "heart plate" full of cookies, I made a bunch of die cuts images from the Truffle Add-On for Chocolate Heart Gift Box on a Scalloped Heart Add-On for Chocolate Heart Gift Box base. I had so much fun die cutting all of these cookies, and adding all of the little details using the different toppings. Next I placed this "heart plate" on the black slimline background.

I added a sentiment to the top, done it with a Chocolate Heart Gift Box Metal Craft Die. Finally I decorated my card with some hearts polymer clay.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
I hope you had fun and feel inspired by the card I’ve shared with you today!

Birthday slimline card for Crafty Meraki

Hello crafters! For my new post on the Crafty Meraki Blog I made this Birthday slimline card.

I played with awesome stamp set here – Don't worry be hoppyAlso I used here the word "Birthday" from the Birthday slimline tag dieMy idea was to create an atmosphere of a summer evening where the baby bunny sits in a basket and accepts birthday greetings. Isn't that cute?

First, I blended some distress inks onto a white piece of paper. To add texture to the background I splattered the background with watercolor paint.
Next, I die cut a big sentiment "Birthday" from light yellow cardstock and also I cut out it several times from a white cardstock to create a dimensional element on the card. All dimension parts are sticked together 4 die cuts. To embellish the big sentiment I put some glue on it and sprinkled it with glitter. It added a fun finishing touch to the card.

Then I stamped the bunnies and three butterfliesI put one of the bunnies in a basket. I did it in the technique of masking and partial stamping. First, I partially stamped the basket, while I covered the handle of the basket on the stamp with paper tape, applied the ink and removed the tape from the stamp, and then lowered the stamp on the paper. Thus, the image of the basket was not completely stamped.
I also applied the image to the masking paper, cut it out and pasted it on the stamping image. Then I added the image of a sitting bunny to the basket in the same way, and added bows to the bunny's ears. It turned out to be a cute bunny sitting in a basket.

I colored the images with copic markers and die cut them out with scissors (coordinating dies available here). I made highlights using white pen. I also stamped the sentiment on the top of the card.

That is it for today.
Hope you loved my idea and will give it a try.
Thank you so much for joining me today!

DAD'S card for Crafty Meraki

Hi everyone! I am over on the Crafty Meraki Blog today. You probably know that Crafty Meraki has gorgeous The Legend stamp set with an adorable collection of father-baby critter images. I though it was time to make a fun father's card. I had so much fun creating it!

I started with preparing all the details for my card. I stamped and colored cute images with Copic markers. Next, I masked all images and made an ink blended background and added some splashes with watercolor paint. I decided to make the lower part of the card striped. To do this, I cut the strips of masking paper and then made a blending through them.

For the next step I needed Dad Shadow Word Meraki Para-Dies. I die cut two big dotted outlines using  Easy-Cut Adhesive from Therm-O-Web and adhered those outlines onto my card base. Then, I removed the protective layer from each outline so that they became sticky and covered them with a sheet of Gold Shattered Glass Deco Foil. I carefully smoothed out the panel on top and removed the film. Now my outlines sparkle with gold. It’s so fun!

The final step was to add only white paper shadows. I glued many layers of paper on top of each other so that the words became dimensional.

Thank you for being with me today!
Have a nice crafty day!

Just Quillin` card for Crafty Meraki

Hello friends! Today is my first time on the Crafty Meraki blog. I want to say that I am very happy and I hope we will have fun together!
Today I 'm sharing a sweet and fun interactive slimline card featuring awesome Just Quillin` stamp set from the new release.

I started by stamping all the images using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad. I colored them using Copic Markers and cut them out (coordinating dies available here). I added some highlights using white gel pen.

I wanted to give several places for me to place the hedgehogs so I used the homemade grass stencil to ink blended several layers. I used there Twisted Citron Distress Ink. To create a part of the sky, I used the same stencil and blended here Broken China Distress Ink. Additionally, I sprinkled drops of water on top.

Next I used the slider die, put it in place, and ran it through my die cut machine. I added a penny behind the slot, added a small foam dot to the penny and adhered the hedgehog on top. I then adhered the grass border to my background panel using foam tape. I also adhered the rest of the images. This is going to be my front panel. Now you can see the hedgehog slide back and forth!

Next I stamped the sentiment “You need Quill Power”. Finally, I adhered my front panel to a white card stock and then adhered it to my back panel using foam tape.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you had fun and feel inspired by the card I’ve shared with you today! Make sure to visit Crafty Meraki store here to check all the amazing products from the new release! Have a wonderful day!
