HAPPY BIRTHDAY REVERSE CONFETTI BLOG HOP

Hello and welcome to the Reverse Confetti Birthday blog hop! Today RC is SEVEN years old.  WOW! I am so happy to be part of the design team of this company and to be able to use its products. And I want to wish Jen stability and longevity to her brainchild - Reverse Confetti. Yay!
We are not having our usual birthday release this month.  We've had to push it back to June 8th due to Coivd-19 related manufacturing delays.

We are still celebrating our birthday with a special birthday themed hop and today is the last day to take advantage our week-long birthday sale.

You'll find the full hop list at the end of this post.

I’m excited to share with you some inspiration featuring the mix of our products! I love them all!

I started with a piece of milk kraft card stock the blend the Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide with the Mustard Seed Distress Ink on. At the bottom of the background, I made a separate blending using Sand Dye Ink to simulate the top of the cake.
Next I stamped the adorable images from the Joyous Holiday stamp set in black ink and colored them with copic markers. I used the Joyous Holiday Confetti Cuts to die cut the images. But as you can see, the stamp set includes Christmas angels. For my card, I transformed them a little into fairies. How cute they are, aren't they?

From there, I layered the Candles Confetti Cuts on the background and die cut the candles. I wanted to add sparkle to the candles, so I decided to make a shaker. On the photo is not very visible, but in life, this shaker shimmer and create an atmosphere of magic.

I added my images on the background with foam tape and white heat embossed sentiment from the Birthday Wishes stamp set.

But that's not all. To decorate an improvised cake with candles, I added a few flowers that I stamped using Choose Joy stamp set.

Have fun hoping along with  the designers today!
